How long does my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed, it may take 3-5 processing days for all items to ship. Our team is dedicated to making the order process stress-free and you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Sunshine Aroma Co for your candle needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes situations arise where a return may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@sunshinearomaco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will determine the eligibility and process your return within 3 business days.
